| Dura-Kan specializes in the manufacturing of front and rear load containers ranging in sizes from 1yd thru 12yd along with any custom requests. In order to offer the best quality containers in the industry we engineer our containers to ANSI safety standards along with some of our own unique features. We also welcome our customers comments and ideas to fabricate the best possible containers in the market. |

Our containers are made with a minimum of 12 guage steel with bottoms of 10 guage or heavier, depending on the size of the container. All containers are pre-fabricated utilizing our CNC sheet cutting quipment which ensures a consistent and quick approach to producing the parts necessary to manufacture a container. Dura-Kan technicians then operate fully automated welding equipment as the product nears completion. The container is then solvent cleaned and prepared for out painting process. Dura-Kan unlike many other manufactures primer coats all containers with a full coat of rust inhibitive primer. A top coat Alkyd enamel in the color of your choice is then applied top protect the containers from the nasty elements associated with the waste industry. |

| PAINTING PROCESS |

To make sure our equipment holds up once in the field, we take extra strides in our painting process. We recently invested in an addition to our facility and paint equipment to make our product look and perform great in the field. We first start by degreasing the containers using a solvent based material. By degreasing the containers impurities, oil etc. are removed to assure better adhesion for the primer. We then use a high solids primer to coat the container giving a base for the topcoat enamel to adhere to. |

| The containers are then topcoated in the color of your choice with an alkyd based enamel to ensure great gloss, and protection from the elements. We have an array of colors on stock to choose from and we can custom match any color that you may desire. |

We have our own truck fleet to get the product to your yard as fast as possible and can deliver to meet your schedule. We understand when a hauler has set dates for containers, so we eliminate the middleman on freight and deal directly with you the customer, to set and meet delivery dates! By eliminating the middleman on freight we can keep costs to a minimum while at the same time providing a very flexible delivery service. When your order is completed we will contact you 24hrs in advance to set a delivery date that meets your schedule.
